"The case looks fine overall, so..."
The case looks fine overall, so I’m not exactly upset about it or anything. I just expected a lot more detail about the recycled materials and how sustainable it actually is. It also feels a bit more plasticky than I was hoping for. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I’m calmly saying I’m not fully convinced.

"Looks good, not worth the price"
I got this case because it looked really clean. It does look nice, but for the price I expected more. It started showing marks quickly and the edges don’t feel super solid. It’s fine, just not worth it to me.

"At first I was like, wow..."
At first I was like, wow, this case actually feels really sturdy and the quality seems good. But then I noticed the edges scratch a bit, which kind of annoyed me out of nowhere. Still decent overall, just wish that part felt smoother.

"Not really into the look"
I’m not a big fan of the design. It comes off a bit tacky to me, and the colors just don’t look right in person. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get help with it, which made the whole experience more frustrating

"Fits my phone really well"
I got a case from holdit and it fits my phone really nicely. The buttons still press easily, the charger plugs in without any fuss, and there aren’t any strange gaps or loose corners. I always get a bit picky about that stuff because one bad case can be so annoying after a while, but this one feels good so far. Happy with it.

"Easy return and quick refund!!"
I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case, so I had to send it back. The return process was super simple, and I got my refund just a few days later!! there was no hassle at all — I just followed the steps on the site and everything went smoothly. Really happy with how it turned out!

It looks really nice and I do like the style, but it doesn’t feel super protective and I’m not sure how well it would hold up if it got dropped a lot or used every day, so the durability could definitely be better.

"Nice case, but the shipping was a pain"
I ordered a phone case the case itself is totally fine. It fits well and looks pretty much like I expected. But the shipping took way longer than it should have, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my order was. I’m happy enough with the product, but the delivery experience was really frustrating. Not sure I’d order from them again.

"Quick help when I needed it"
I had this little issue with my order. Nothing huge, but annoying enough that I sent a message to Holdit. i figured I’d be waiting a while.
But they replied fast. And it didn’t feel like one of those generic answers either. They actually paid attention to what I said. The person was friendly, kept it simple, and got it sorted.
So yeah, that was a relief. Small thing, but it matters. I’d feel totally fine ordering from them again.
